Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.

How long does shipping usually take?

We understand you want your order delivered as quick as possible and we are on it.  Processing your order can take up to 3 days then 3-8 business days for shipping.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please email us with a cancellation request via our Contact Us form.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped we will email you a tracking number. You can also track it with your order number and email by using our Order Tracking form.

How can I exchange/return an order?

Any new product can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.  Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy.  To request an exchange or refund please email us via our Contact Us form.
